Frequently Asked Questions

Congratulations on completing your event. To better help you through the process, we have put together the below list of some common questions asked of us. If your question hasn’t been answered, please don’t hesitate to get in touch via the Contact page.

How do I find my images?

On the homepage, you can select an event and enter your bib number from the event. If we have some images or videos for you, they should be displayed. If you have a problem, please get in touch. We are happy to help!

What size prints do you do?

Right now, we print images in the most common sizes - 6x4", 5x7" and 8x10". If you would like other sizes, please let us know. We aim to provide the service that our customers want, and we always appreciate feedback!

What about digital images?

The best way to ensure your memories are safe is to have the raw digital file shot by our photographer, then you can print it whenever you need to.

What if I just want a shot for Facebook?

We have you covered! You can purchase a small (normally 320px width or height, whichever is bigger) image specifically for use on social media. Look for the "Facebook / Twitter Image" on the photo pages.

What is the biggest size i can print a digital photo?

It depends on the resolution the image was shot in. Our images are shot in about 12 megapixels, so they should be able to be printed in up to 14"x11"

What is this 'Digital Dimension'?

This is the size of the image (or video), in pixels along it's longest side. This gives you an idea of how big you can print the shot, or how good it looks blown up on a big screen.

How are my photos delivered?

All images are delivered by Australia Post in thick cardboard envelopes. This means the images will arrive in pristine condition!

What is the print quality like?

We are photographers, and we love what we do. So we will always print our work on the best available photographic paper, with best printers in the business.

What format are the videos?

All our videos are transcoded into MP4 (H264 for the geeks) before they are delivered to you. This format should happily play on all devices. Typically our videos are shot in 720p, and the clips you get are in the original resolution.

What about shipping?

We charge $9.95 for shipping and handling. This may sound high, but there is a lot of handling, and we are keen to keep the work local in Australia, we think thats best for everyone.

I want something different!

Great! Tell us about it! If you would like a T-shirt with a shot of you finishing a marathon to give to your grandma, we might just be able to sort that out for you! We are committed to giving you the best memories of the events that you are so committed to doing, and if a few people want it, we can find a way to make it happen.
